Game servers & homelab hosting

Your server, on hardware we own.

We provision your game server or homelab VM on our own Proxmox nodes, shield it with Cloudflare, and hand you a ProxVM login to manage it. No oversold slices, no support queues — you talk to the person who runs the machines.

Currently in testing with a small group of users. Quoted setups only — no carts, no checkout, no surprises.

What hosting means here

Four facts. Everything else follows from them.

  • Physical nodes, not slices

Your VM runs on Proxmox VE servers we own and maintain. CPU and RAM are allocated to your machine — there is no oversubscription layer deciding you don't need them right now.

  • Filtered at the Cloudflare edge

Traffic passes through Cloudflare before it reaches your server, so scans, floods and background internet noise are dropped upstream — not on your CPU.

  • You hold the keys

You get your own ProxVM account: start and stop your VM, open remote sessions, watch resource graphs, and file support tickets — without waiting on us for everyday tasks.

  • Support is one person away

Tickets land in front of the administrator who provisioned your machine. Billing and everything else goes to one email address, answered by the same person.

02

Email in, login credentials out

There is no checkout flow. Here is the exact sequence, with what we ask and what you receive at each point.

You describe what you'll run

Email us the game (and mods, if any), expected player count, and anything special — a second service, a region preference, a weird idea. That description is the entire order form.

Example email: “Valheim + EpicLoot, ~10 players, evenings US time. Anything else you need?”

We reply with a spec and a price

A human answers with the VM size that fits (vCPU, RAM, disk), any caveats, and one fixed number. You accept or adjust — nothing is provisioned until you say yes.

Example reply: “4 vCPU / 8 GB / 80 GB SSD covers that with headroom. $X/mo, locked for a year.”

We provision and harden the VM

Your machine is created on our Proxmox cluster, the game service is installed and checked, firewall rules go on, and Cloudflare shielding is attached. We verify it boots and plays before you ever see it.

You receive your ProxVM login

One email with your account credentials. From there you manage power, open remote sessions, read resource graphs, rotate passwords, and file support tickets — all without asking us.

You can do yourself: start / stop / reboot · resource graphs · remote console · password rotation · support tickets
03

Quoted, fixed, locked for a year

Setups differ too much for honest tiers: a 4-player Minecraft server and a modded community box are different machines. So every price is quoted against your actual spec — then frozen for twelve months.

What a quote is based on

Game and player count determine CPU and RAM; world size and mods determine disk. You pay for the machine you need — when your community grows, we resize the VM and re-quote instead of pushing you into a higher tier.

Ask for a quote Replies are human, usually within a day.
04

What we don't do

Stated plainly, so you never discover them by accident.

  • backups

No automated off-site backups yet. Your world files live on redundant local storage, and we'll tell you the day that changes — don't treat us as your only copy of anything irreplaceable.

  • uptime SLA

No percentage promises. The hardware is a homelab: power blips and maintenance windows happen, and we'll always say so afterwards. What we do promise is that you'll hear about it from us, not discover it.

  • support hours

One person, evenings and weekends mostly. Urgent outages get answered fastest; anything else lands within a day. If you need 24/7 with a phone number, we're not that — yet.

  • overselling

We don't take on more load than the nodes can carry. If your game needs resources we don't have free, we'll say no (or quote you the hardware it'd take) instead of squeezing you in.

05

Two doors, same person

Routing exists so your request lands correctly the first time — not to deflect you.

  • Server problems — ticket from your ProxVM accountCrashes, lag, mods misbehaving, access issues. Goes straight to the administrator queue with your VM attached, so there's no “which server?” back-and-forth.
  • Billing, resizing, cancellations — emailbamoyskistudios@gmail.com with “Billing” in the subject. Plan changes and resizes are done by hand, confirmed by reply.
  • Custom builds — emailDedicated boxes, unusual games, whole homelabs, things we haven't thought of. If it runs on a VM, we'll figure it out with you.
